Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa located within the Tuscany Development at Westside, Kissimmee. It is located surrounded by wetlands and natural conservation areas, which makes it one of the most beautiful and tranquil settings you will find in Central Florida.

It is ideally located within easy reach of Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the Airport. Our villa's proximity to a variety of quality golf courses and a vast array of restaurants and some of the best shopping in the state make this the perfect location for exploration of the area.

As one of the main attractions in central Florida, Walt Disney World is only a 10 minute drive from our villa. Enter the park through the new west entrance just off highway 192, close to Animal Kingdom and you will miss much of the delay in accessing through the main entrance.

The local area of Westside has many shops and restaurants and other local amenities, if you don't feel like straying far from the villa. Orlando, of course, has some major shopping attractions as well as all the restaurants and nightlife you would expect from an urban city. Closer to home is Downtown Disney which has some excellent attractions for both day and evening.

The villa itself has 2 large double bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a versatile large twin bedroom. There is also a modern family bathroom. The Living room is open-plan and is tastefully decorated, with a relaxing seating area to watch the flat screen TV and an area for dining. There is cable TV and wireless Internet access.

There is a modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped. So if you are planning a snack or a full family meal you will find everything you need.

The private pool and patio area are fully netted and this will keep out any troublesome bugs whilst still allowing through all the wonderful Florida sunshine.
